BC United Spring Challenge, May 2005

Age Divisions: Single age divisions will be provided from Under 7 (Mixed) through Under 19, for both boys and girls. The tournament committee reserves the right to regroup an age division if there are not enough entries to justify a single age group. This decision will be final. The committee also reserves the right to limit the number of entries per age group. Awards: All U10 and below players will receive an award. Individual awards will be given to players on the first and second place teams in each age group U11 and above, as well as a first place team award.

Rosters: A certified roster must be presented at registration. Guest players must posess a valid USYSA player pass and medical release. Changes in the roster may be made until the beginning of the team's first game of the tournament. Thereafter, no roster changes will be permitted. Registration: We will require proof of age and proof of insurance for all players. Certified rosters and current Player's Passes are required.

All players must have a medical release form. This form needs to be signed by the parent and be in the coach's possession at all times.
