Premier Structure ________Each age group is comprised of a pool of players. From these pools, players will be selected to participate in events based on various factors. The first factor is the level of play at the event and the level of the player. We will have players playing up age groups and playing with younger players as well. All of these factors will be in the appropriate development for each player. Keeping in mind the importance of the team/club success.
Players are primarily rostered with a team & permitted to play with other club teams. This primary roster is for State cup and league cup qualifications. Roster in pure age group teams, exceptions to this will be decided by the Director of Coaching, player involved and the coaches. Note the player aging up should be in the top % of the older team.
